There is a strict no-touch policy when scuba diving at the Denver Aquarium, the Coloradoan reports. Of course this applies to scuba divers rather than the marine life.
Scuba divers and those interested in diving can now take the plunge in the Denver aquarium with its 400 plus marine species. The dives are led by A-1 Scuba and Dive Center in Englewood and will make your first underwater aquarium encounter unforgettable.
Most people are unaware that you can dive at the aquarium. You can if you are certified in open water. And for $175 for 40 minutes, you can choose diving with rays, sand and banjo sharks, a 400-pound grouper and assorted other colorful fish. Or for the same price, you can do the shark dive where you'll experience up close sand tiger sharks, brown sharks, zebra sharks, barracudas, guitar fish and saw fish. An experience you will talk about for years to come!
